Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

Low Season:

Should a cancellation is effected more then 15 days prior to arrival – no penalty is charged
Should a cancellation is effected between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival – an equivalent of 10% of the total payment is not refunded.
Should a cancellation is effected between 6 and 1 day, including no-show, an equivalent of 25% of the total payment is not refunded.

Mid Season:

Should a cancellation is effected more then 20 days prior to arrival – no penalty is charged
Should a cancellation is effected between 19 and 10 days prior to arrival – an equivalent of 25% of the total payment is not refunded.
Should a cancellation is effected between 9 and 1 day, including no-show, an equivalent of 30% of the total payment is not refunded.

High Season:

Should a cancellation is effected more then 30 days prior to arrival – no penalty is charged
Should a cancellation is effected between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival – an equivalent of 30% of the total payment is not refunded.
Should a cancellation is effected between 14 and 1 day, including no-show, an equivalent of 50% of the total payment is not refunded.
